We've launched new BTL Portfolio Exclusives and increased selected rates
We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following products on Wednesday 17 April.
Exclusive BTL Portfolio - Fix & Switch fee-saver with two year ERC
- NEW 60% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 5.59%.
- NEW 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 5.69%.
Exclusive BTL Portfolio - Fix & Switch with £1,495 fee and two year ERC
- NEW 60% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 5.14%.
- NEW 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 5.29%.
Exclusive Residential Remortgage fee-saver with free valuation and free legals
- NEW 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate at 4.69%.
In addition, we made these changes at 8pm on Tuesday 16 April:
- Fix & Switch Purchase rates have been increased by up to 0.10%, starting from 5.18%.
- Fix & Switch Fix & Switch Remortgage rates have been increased by 0.05%, starting from 4.94%.
- BTL 60% LTV Fix & Switch with £1,495 fee has been increased by 0.05% to 4.94%.
- 2 Year Purchase fixed rates with a £995 fee up to 85% LTV have been increased by up to 0.15%.
- BTL 2 & 5 year fixed rates with 1% fee have been reduced by up to 0.07%, starting from 4.52%.
- 60% LTV BTL 5 Year Fixed Rate with 3% fee has been reduced by 0.08% to 4.09%.
- 75% LTV Exclusive Remortgage 5 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee has been reduced by 0.05% to 4.54%.
